The Food Science Lab in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics is loaded with state-of-the-art equipment, along with high-end systems and overhead projector facilities. Laboratories are geared up to support research and executing funded projects. The Food Analytical Lab of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in advanced Food science, Clinical Nutrition, Microbiology and Biochemistry. The laboratory is well-equipped with modern instruments and facilities to support practical learning, research and experimental analysis.
