Dr. S.M. Miskeen

Mentor & Founder

Dr. Miskeen is a man of an ambitious and altruistic personality who wanted to ameliorate the quality of rural women's education. This vision led to the establishment of our institution.

A true Philomath and Bibliophile, he made history by being awarded a Ph.D. degree at the age of 91, recording his name as the oldest recipient in India and second in the world. His service extended beyond education; In 1995, He founded the Lion's Eye Hospital in a small village of Vandampalayam.
